Vinyasa yoga classes are known for their fluid, movement-intensive practices. Vinyasa merges movement with the breath. Much emphasis is placed on the breath and the transition in and out of the postures. Energized by the breath, the body temperature increases therefore allowing the body to detoxify. The routine practice of Vinyasa yoga increases, among other things, muscle strength, endurance, flexibility and reduces levels of stress.
No Vinyasa yoga class is the same*. If you hate routine, Vinyasa style is made for you!
Vinyasa classes are suitable for beginners as well as advanced students: modifications are offered.
Specific classes are also available for pregnant women, new mothers, children, those wiling to move and reconnect to themselves gently, those willing to improve their breath and discover the art of meditation.
